This is it!! Tonight (Wed. Sept. 14) is the Grand Finale and we will find out who got the most votes and who gets crowned America's Got Talent Champion 2011 and wins the $1 million and gets the headlining act at a Vegas Showroom.
My favorite group, POPLYFE, hit a bump in the road last nght, and I think the pressure got to them. They were not quite in-sync with each other and Keylani's vocals were a little off-key in places. All-in-all, they were still good, and I hope that America's vote show that.
Landau Eugene Murphy, Jr. saved the best for last last night as he give a heart-felt version of "My Way" and brought the house to their feet for another standing ovation. I really hope that it comes down to him and Team iLuminate.
Team iLuminate brought their "A-Game" last night, as they took their act to a higher plain and showed America why they should get the Top Bill at a Vegas showroom.
Silhouettes were also amazing, but I think that once you have seen their act, you HAVE seen their act.
When all the votes are cast we will find out tonight at 8 pm, in their two-hour Grand Finale show which will feature performances by Jackie Evanchko, Tony Bennett and Queen Latifah, and some other non-revealed guests. It should be a great two-hours of entertainment, and the final reveal who the winner of this year's contest is.
I'll be watching, will you???

If you weren't watching last nights Grand Finale Results Show of "America's Got Talent", you missed one of the best 2 hours on television.
There were lots of surprises for each of the Final Four as they made their Final Appearance on stage, and Nick Cannon was in top form as the host of the show.
Patti Labelle was first up to sing a duet with Landau Eugene Murphy, Jr., and they took on "You're All I Need To Get By", the old Marvin Gaye/Tammi Terrell song from the 60's. They rocked the house and brought a standing ovation from the audience.
Another highlight, for me, was Stevie Wonder appearing on stage with POPLYFE in a duet on Stevie's big hit "Higher Ground". This was another show stopper, and brought a standing ovation.
Cobra Starship brought their talent to the stage in a duet with Team iLuminate, while LeAnn Rimes teamed up with Silhouettes for their finale.
Also on the bill last night was Def Leppard, Tony Bennett and Queen Latifah, and last year's runner-up Jackie Evanchko.
When all the results were announced the winner was Landau Eugene Murphy Jr.. He won the million-dollar prize and the headline act at a Las Vegas show room. The results were very well received. Fourth place was POPLYFE, Third place was Team iLuminate, and Second place went to Silhouettes.
All in all this was probably the best season ever, as far as talent goes, and I am looking forward to seeing what they have on tap for us next year.

It was pretty obvious who the top 2 would be. I really wasn't sure which one would win as they both did a great job.
