Anybody get METV in your area I start get it few months ago I didn't notice this until apparently that same network give you Hawaii Five old school Cannon Daniel Boone show Laurel and Hardy short at 6:30am est/pst here details metvnetwork.com/programs.php?showID=53Anybody seen this

I think you guys get up in Frisco I got relatives who told me recently I know they just added one in San Diego it good network very retro we get old school show The Phil Sivler show, Twilight Zone, etc etc and Star Trek Lost in Space and Batman back to back
You know what if you interested Midge if you into horror movie Svengoolie has classic Universal horror movies I saw Son of Frankstein yeah apparently Laurel and Hardy only one at 6:30am est/pst on SUNDAY MORNING ONLY
That reason I do dvr it

Thanks, Kelly. I'm not really into horror movies, but I love those Universal classics like Dracula, Frankenstein, Bride of Frankenstein (my favorite), The Mummy and The Wolf Man.

They showing that back to back on weekend of Halloween last year I was really enjoy it yeah Svengoolie he show old school Universal Horror movies last week he show Munster go home
What I understand METV own by same company that give you this TV network MGM UA company

I haven't heard of Svengoolie, but with a name like that he sounds like quite a character.

Do you mean Svengali? If so, that's the 1931 re-make with John Barrymore and Marian Marsh, and the movie's got that eponymous name. There was a follow-up also later in 1931. Both are re-makes. The first version was "Trilby", made in 1915 with Clara Kimball Young, available, by the way, on DVD. These were written by Daphne du Maurier's father, George du Maurier, the original novel written in 1895.

NO this is Svengoolie he is horror movie tv host very popular in Chicago I THINK SO he is male version of Elvia lady that was one of local So cal station yeah he has show that movie Svengali back last year during Halloween

I wonder if Svengoolie is as funny as "Count Floyd," the cheesy horror movie host with the fake Bela Lugosi accent, as played by Joe Flaherty on SCTV's "Monster Chiller Horror Theater"? "Oooooh, kids, this is going to be really scary!"
