When I signed up here I didn't realize how many movies I truly see in a week, but when there are some good ones at the cinema I am there, and the senior citizen price makes it very economical. The wife and I went to see the first Directorial effort of Ben Affleck and were not dissappointed. The movie stars Ben's brother Casey Affleck and Michelle Monaghan, Morgan Freeman and a truly great performance from Ed Harris. It is the spell-binding story of two Boston detectives following leads in the kidnapping of a little girl, and all of their efforts lead to something even more sinister. Great performances, great script, and look for Ben Affleck to get a nomination for Best Director come Academy Award time. This is truly a wonderful film and I highly recommend it. 4/5 stars.

Wow, sounds exciting! Those are the kinds of movies I enjoy! Of course, since it stars Morgan Freeman, that alone already indicates to me that the movie will definitely be great!
